Harbor commissioner Mike Wilson will talk about the cleanup at the Samoa pulp mill and the proposed creation of a National Marine Research and Innovation Park in Samoa. Mike, who co-owns HRW Engineering and Sciences, has over two decades of experience in environmental engineering and planning. A licensed professional engineer, he earned a master’s degree in environmental systems engineering from Humboldt State.
